Camp will run from January- April and will be once a week. Camp will take the players over all aspects of the camp and provide them with fundamentals and structured repetitions. Clarkston Riverdawgs 8U (2018)

Team Info:The Clarkston Youth Baseball Organization, the Riverdawgs, is an organization dedicated to providing Clarkston, Michigan area youth the opportunity to participate in the sport of baseball at the highest amateur level. We are dedicated to training the players and coaches involved in the organization in the fundamental aspects of the game and providing the highest level of competition possible. The emphasis of the organization is on the "team" and on the development of leadership skills in all of our players and coaches.
Tryout Notes:The 2018 Clarkston Riverdawgs 8U has 2 roster spots open. Practice will start in February 2018 and be 2X per week in February and March, 3X per week in April and will play games in May and June 2017 with the season ending around the 4th of July. Team Info:We are the Legacy Legends 8U team out of Dexter. We will play in machine/coach/kid pitch tournaments. We concentrate on fundamentals, player development, providing a competitive atmosphere, and having some fun. We have weekly fall practices and then start practicing inside twice a week at Legacy in Brighton Jan-April.

Macomb Patriots 8U (2018)

Team Info:The Macomb Patriots focus on player development above all else. We are a non-profit organization. The system we use to coach and train our players is second to none. The Macomb Patriots consist of elite managers and coaches which produce elite baseball players to compete in elite tournaments. This age group will compete in 8-10 tournaments that will be machine and kid pitch developing all aspects of the game. The team will be multi-sport friendly practicing 1 day a week through the winter months until it is warm enough to go outside. Jason was a 3-sport athlete at DeLaSalle and went on to play Division 1 baseball while competing for several national championships at the highest level in travel ball. Assistant coach Derek Kraemer was a 2-sport athlete and went on to get drafted by the Detroit Tigers out of high school.

MCBC Hit Dogs "Little Dogs" Academy (5-7 yr olds) 8U 8U (2018)

Team Info:After a great number of families interested in our Little Dogs program, we have added another session. The session beginning in January is now full. A session beginning in October is now open for registration. The Motor City Hit Dogs "Little Dogs" program for 5-7 year olds is a development team that will focus on the fundamentals of baseball at a young age. These young boys will learn proper hitting mechanics, fielding mechanics, base running, and pitching. Having a lot of fun while learning the game at the same time. Training will run October 1 through Jan1. Also, our indoor infield, at our facility, provides us the opportunity to play scrimmages indoor during the winter as well as ample area to do many various types of baseball training drills. * this development team will feed into the 8U Hit Dogs team for the following 2019 season. The goal is to build and develop our players to form a powerhouse 8U team for the 2019 season. Players that are ready will move up into the 8U for 2019 season.This development team will be coached by Devon Conklin. Team Info:The 2018 8U Titans are a tournament team. The team will train at GUTS Training Center and work with our instructors. Our job is to create strong mechanics and fundamentals at an early age. The goal is to have fun, but learn the game the right way. They are young enough to teach things that they will take with them as they grow. Novi Heat 8U (2018)

Team Info:Novi Heat teams will play a 15-20 game league schedule in the Kensington Valley Baseball & Softball Association (KVBSA) conference at either the community, advanced or open level. The season runs mid April through mid July with home games at ITC park in Novi and away games within a 45 minute drive. In addition all Heat teams will play 4 - 6 weekend tournaments.Training and development is a major focus for all teams. Novi Heat practices consist of weekly fall and spring practices at ITC Sports Park, and indoor winter training practices at our premier indoor facility.

Rochester Rays 8U (2018)

Team Info:The Rochester Rays have had four incredibly successful seasons. As we look forward to 2018, we remain dedicated to player development. This is accomplished through professional off-season instruction, a devoted coaching staff, and positive reinforcement on and off the field. The Rochester Rays will be expanding in the 2017-18 season. The Rays will consist of 11U, 10U, 9U and 8U teams playing in the North Oakland Baseball Federation (NOBF), which is sanctioned by of USSSA. The 12U Rochester Rays will be a tournament only team in 2018, participating in Cooperstown. Team Info:Established MABF organization looking to complete an established tournament team roster for the upcoming 2018 MABF season. Coaching staff brings wealth of knowledge to the team to include former college players that will help the players improve on fielding, hitting, and pitching. The Senators will compete in league play with 2-3 local tournaments throughout the season. Senators will begin 1-2 weekly indoor practices in December and then begin outside practices when the weather permits. All positions will be considered and private tryouts are available as well.
